Rib Rashers

Rib-Rashers are cut from the end of the short rib. A perfect addition to any braai! Thinly cut with meat and delicious fat that sizzles on a hot fire.

Average pack size of 530g with 6-8 pieces. We will always try and deliver a pack which is as close as possible in weight!
